With 10 years of building and design experience, I can help you do anything from simple repairs and cosmetic rehabilitation to full home renovation – if needed, I can take your home all the way back to the foundation and frame to start from scratch. I can design and/or complete your new basement, attic, kitchen, living room, bathroom or deck.

My philosophy as a licensed general contractor is to design and create spaces that are comfortable for your lifestyle, aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. As a local homeowner and member of the community, I am committed to sustainable/green building practices, historical preservation and local sourcing for materials whenever possible. I work with local independent subcontractors and tradesmen, and carefully vet them to make sure they can live up to my high standards for quality.

The process of developing a living space that fits and enhances your life is creative and highly personal. I believe in working with you, the homeowner, in designing the project to meet your needs and your budget. Whether you have a specific design in mind or a just a vague sense that you can make better use of your space, I can help you find a solution. I work with 3-D modeling software to design my building projects, so I can show you the finished product you want before we begin.
